4th U.S. Adaptive Open – Fact Sheet

Woodmont Country Club's South Course evolved from the "Iron Duke," a 9-hole par-3 course established in the early 1950s. In August 1957, a fourth 9-hole course opened, eventually merging with the "Iron Duke" on Labor Day 1961 to form the current South Course.

The South Course completed a major renovation in the fall of 2023 led by Joel Weiman. The new layout features expansive fairways, a variety of teeing areas and unique bunker design features not typically seen in the United States.
