Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was honored to be the #1 driver and wood shaft at the Memorial Tournament. During a week that included another PGA Tour driver shaft victory, there multiple success stories for Fujikura over the weekend.
On the PGA Tour at the Memorial Tournament, Fujikura dominated the field as the #1 driver and wood shaft. In total, 47.9% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft during the week, with another 39.7% using a Fujikura wood shaft.
These statistics also included the winner in Dublin, Ohio. Using the VENTUS Black 7-X in his driver and VENTUS Black 8-X in his 3-wood, the Major champion and world number one claimed his 11th PGA Tour victory with VENTUS in the bag again.
This was the 13th driver shaft victory for Fujikura on the PGA Tour in 2024. As it stands, Fujikura’s win percentage on the PGA Tour is currently at 50%, the highest of all wood shaft manufacturers.
Over on the Korn Ferry Tour at the BMW Championship, it was another victory for Fujikura. The eventual winner in Indiana used the VENTUS Black 6-X in his driver and VENTUS TR Red 7-X in his 3-wood.
For the second week in a row on the Champions Tour, it was another driver shaft victory for Fujikura. The eventual winner at the American Family Insurance Championship used the VENTUS TR Blue 6-X in his driver to take home the title in a play-off.
