Mizuno M-Craft Putters Preview

You may not know this about Mizuno Golf, but back in the early 1990's and 2000's Scotty Cameron and Bob Bettinardi manufactured putters for Mizuno.  Yes, the same Scotty and Bettinardi renown for their own putter brands today.

Those early Mizuno putters have become collectibles, and by the early looks of things Mizuno is about to set off another putter craze with the release of their new M-Craft putters.

For the first time in a decade, Mizuno putters will be available in the U.S. market, and the new M-Craft putters promise the same quality and craftsmanship found in Mizuno's woods, irons, and wedges.

M Craft will consist of three different models and three different finishes, all forged from a premium 1025 mild carbon steel, with faces deep CNC milled for soft feel and true roll.

The M Craft I model is is a square back with a mid slant neck and with maximum toe-hang.  The II model is an Anser style blade with a plumber's neck.  And the III model is a face-balanced mid-mallet. All models weigh in at 355 grams, which is on the heavier side to promote a stable stroke.

However each putter also comes with a weight kit and interchangeable weights that allow you make these putters lighter, heavier, and even change the toe hand to better suit your individual putting arc.

Satin, blue, and black finishes are available.  And the retail price just seems crazy at only $299.  I'll have a lot more for you on these putters from the PGA Show.  In the meantime, be sure to check out mizunousa.com.  And as always if you have any questions shoot me an email or DM on twitter or Instagram.
