Edel Golf Announces New Array Putter Line: The Most Complete Putter Customization Process for Your Game

Performance golf equipment manufacturer Edel Golf is pleased to announce Array Putters, the most complete putter customization process in golf.

Array Putters blend precision engineering with unique modularity to create a putter that can be customized to every golfer.  No two golfers are alike, so why are putters?

With four different head shapes, four interchangeable hosels, and multiple alignment and weighting options, golfers everywhere can now roll a putter optimized to their aim bias and stroke type.

Take the guesswork out of putting and feel confident on every green with an Array Putter from Edel Golf.  It’s time to make more putts, because even one shot can change everything.

“At the heart of Edel Golf is scoring improvement,” said Doug Coors, CEO of Edel Golf.  “With Array Putters, we give golfers the ability to uniquely customize their putter to match their tendencies. Golfers no longer have to settle for off-the-rack putters;  Array Putters ensure a personalized fit for every player.”

The Array Putter line features one blade and three distinct progressive mallet shapes that fit a wide spectrum of golfer tendencies and aim biases.  Machined to the tightest tolerances for exacting precision, each putter features a striking surface forged and machine milled from 1025 carbon steel which is known for its superior sound and softer feel.

In tandem, head shapes and multiple alignment plates offered by the Array Putter line create a very powerful solution to aim bias.

“All golfers have an aim bias,” said Mike Pai, CMO of Edel Golf.  “Every line and visible attribute of a putter drives one’s eyes to a specific location and dictates where the golfer aims their putter based on his or her aim bias.  This creates path deviations and face rotation challenges, among other compensations. Solving aim bias with a putter accurately suited to an individual is vital to consistently making putts.”

In addition to head shape and alignment combinations, the Array Putter line allows for the total customization of putter hosel type and weight to best match a golfer’s stroke type.  This allows the putter face to have a higher likelihood of returning back to square at impact and getting the ball rolling on the intended target line.

Additionally interchangeable head weights and optional internal shaft weights are available to match a golfer’s feel and stroke type for improving speed control.  Adjustability of all putter components is made possible and simple through the use of a singular Torx wrench.

Features and Benefits

The Array Putters from Edel Golf bring adjustability and customization to the forefront with a modular putter design based upon the premise of easily interchangeable components.  No two golfers are alike; all golfers have their own unique aim bias and stroke type.

The Array Putter line sets out to create a simplified fitting process that sets the fitter and consumer up for success.  With four different head shapes, four interchangeable hosels, numerous weighting options, and six interchangeable alignment plates Array takes a modular approach to putter fitting where each component can be easily customized to create a putter optimized for its end user.

It’s time to take the guesswork out of putting and feel the confidence of gaming a putter built for you and your specific aiming tendencies.

PREMIUM BLADE AND MALLET HEAD DESIGNS

The Array Putter line features one blade and three distinct progressive mallet shapes.  Machined to the tightest tolerances for exacting precision, each putter features a striking surface forged and machine milled from 1025 carbon steel which is known for its superior sound and softer feel.

The unique hex pattern on the putter face is designed to aid in distance control on toe and heel strikes.  The Array Putter line features heads that fit a wide spectrum of golfer tendencies and aim biases.

● Array B-1 Putter - A traditional wide blade, the Array B-1 features four adjustable hosels, two alignment–single line or single dot–options, and multiple weighting configurations to give fitters and consumers alike ultimate customization.  Finished in a DBM (Diamond Black Metal) coating to inspire confidence at address; a DBM finish is not prone to scratches and wear.

● Array F-1, F-2, and F-3 Putters - Three progressive mallet shapes in which all feature four adjustable hosels, six interchangeable alignment plates, and multiple weighting configurations to give fitters and consumers alike ultimate customization.  Made of a forged 1025 carbon steel striking surface and a forged 6061 aluminum frame, each model provides all golfers, no matter their aim bias, a mallet that will best suit them and their stroke type.

INTERCHANGEABLE HOSELS TO MATCH YOUR STROKE

An essential element of getting the ball rolling on the intended target line is returning the putter face back to square at impact.  One way to achieve this is through the optimization of hosels to fit an array of putting strokes.  Different hosels promote distinctive toe hang percentages, resulting in varying toe open and closure rates.  The syncing of the hosel and stroke will help golfers everywhere make more putts.

With four different hosel types—single bend, slant, short plumber, and long plumber—combined with different head shapes and weighting options, the Array Putter line has an optimal combination for every golfer and stroke.

ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTING OPTIONS TO DIAL IN SPEED

Using different head weights and internal shaft weighting, the Array Putter line can be customized to best match a golfer’s feel and stroke type to hole more putts.  The relationship of all weighting variables can be dialed in through knowledge and a proper putter fit. With five different head weight options and endless weighting combinations via the Tour Lock Opti-Vibe Weighting System, the Array Putter line can precisely optimize weight and control speed.

INTERCHANGEABLE ALIGNMENT PLATES TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR AIM

All golfers have an aim bias.  Every line and visible attribute of a putter drives one’s eyes to a specific location and based on aim bias, will dictate where the putter is aimed.  Aim bias is a tendency or inclination to align the putter face in a direction other than that which is intended.  How does this affect performance?

● Creates path bias.

● Creates face rotation problems.

● Affects speed patterns to get to different lines.

● Affects green reading.

With six interchangeable alignment plates featuring lines, dots, or perpendicular lines, every aim bias has been accounted for ensuring that all golfers can get properly aligned and start making more putts.

NEW INNOVATIVE GRIP OPTIONS FOR SUPERIOR ALIGNMENT AND FEEL

With the Array Putter line, we offer multiple proprietary grip options including a full round option that studies show can help golfers aim to their target more consistently.  Stock options include a dual layer round standard, round slim, flat standard, and flat slim.  In addition, we carry several premium aftermarket grips at an up-charge.
