Here's another great guest review from a winner in my PGAPappas 12 Days of Christmas a few months ago. This one comes from Nick (@BogeyCharlie on X) on his PXG Driver Fitting.
An extra fun background to it because Nick was on vacation in Scottsdale and asked me if we could set him up for his fitting at PXG Scottsdale. I was in California at the time for an event, so I called my friends at PXG and we got it done!
It sounded like a perfect day for Nick during his PXG Driver Fitting at PXG Scottsdale. He says of the experience, "PXG gets it and us as golfers.” And his new PXG driver? Nick says his numbers were "off the charts good."

I got the schedule notification for my fitting and was pumped!!! I called PXG to confirm my appointment and they were so easy to work with. My fitter PJ got me set up right away.
The entire experience was off the hook good. The fact I was in Scottsdale on vacation was pure luck, but Pete and PXG were exceptional in every respect!
The fitting process itself was really amazing. A warm up, handful of swings, and then it was 5-6 swings with different combinations until my PXG fitter started locking me in. Interestingly, he was focused on eliminating one side of the course given my two way miss.
When we really started to dial it in, the numbers were off the charts good. We picked the brand new PXG Black Ops driver and I couldn't be more happy.
My overall personal assessment:
1. PXG = very cool! We all have PXG buddies that are over the top, but the brand itself gets it and us as golfers.
2. My fitting professional was a magician. It's 1/2 art and 1/2 science and a good fitter is worth his/her weight in gold.
3. A fitter that understands the game and can help you limit your misses while helping you hit the ball better is the secret sauce.
4. Love the fact that PXG supports our troops and first responders.
5. You @PGAPappas are the man for all you do!
