The Noteefy automated tee time demand system is now available for the three championship golf courses at The Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head, Island, S.C.
Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes have integrated Noteefy into The Sea Pines Resort website for golfers to input their desired tee times and receive real-time text and e-mail alerts when they open due to cancellations or new releases, subsequently booking tee times per the normal process. Golfers can select multiple courses at The Sea Pines Resort to increase their probability of a match by joining the standby list. There are no added fees to golfers.
“Noteefy is key to taking our resort concierge strategy to the next level,” said John Farrell, Director of Sports of The Sea Pines Resort, its Harbour Town Golf Links revered as the longstanding host of the PGA TOUR’s RBC Heritage. “Golfers are informed in the palms of their hands when desired tee times become available instead of them calling or refreshing their screens to check for openings.”
“Sea Pines Resort is a world-class golf destination with world-class service standards,” said Jake Gordon, Founder and CEO of Noteefy, one of the fastest growing companies in golf. “That fuels its excitement to work with Noteefy in making it easier to satisfy golfers’ playing preferences and elevating experiences of single-day and stay-and-play guests.”
Nearly two dozen golf courses and resorts in the greater Hilton Head Island area enjoy a competitive business advantage with Noteefy. They relieve golfers’ tee time frustrations while generating incremental revenue for their businesses by re-booking cancelled slots which otherwise would likely have gone unfilled.
The Sea Pines Resort joins Black Desert Resort, Cabot Citrus Farms, Destination Kohler (Whistling Straits), Sand Valley, Streamsong Resort and other famous destinations leveraging Noteefy that’s often referred to as the Open Table or Resy marketing product for golf. Eight of the top 10 multi-course operators, as well as boutique operators and single-course owners, rely on Noteefy to drive revenue and enhance experiences.
Research shows more than 20% of tee times are cancelled and not re-booked, leading to an average of $50,000 in lost revenue annually. It is common for Noteefy to directly drive six-figure topline gains to golf courses and resorts.
