Shot Scope is proud to welcome 2002 PGA Championship winner Rich Beem as its newest brand ambassador. Beem, a television commentator and golf analyst for Sky Sports, will appear in Shot Scope television commercials and video content explaining the many practical and shot-saving uses of the brand’s innovative laser rangefinders, GPS watches, and shot tracking technology.
“Rich Beem is one of the most charismatic and down-to-Earth major winners you will ever meet, and we’re excited to work with Rich to help golfers all across North America understand the many ways Shot Scope technology can help them better understand their performance on the course and play with ultimate trust and confidence in their yardages on their path to improvement,” said Shot Scope CEO David Hunter. “Our team is thrilled to be collaborating with Rich and developing new ways to help golfers get the most out of their games and the technology they trust on the course.”
Shot Scope continues to make moves to establish the company as a global golf brand – particularly in North America. With expansion into more retail locations and a heavier marketing presence in 2025. The commercials featuring the charming and humorous Beem, a three-time winner on the PGA TOUR who now lives in Austin, TX, will show consumers the many ways they can become more educated about how they score and plot their personal path to game improvement.
“I’m pleased and honored to be working with the talented and golfer-focused team at Shot Scope and to help golfers realize how to use the game’s best technology to perform their best on the golf course,” Beem said. “To play your best, day in and day out, you have to rely on the best tools in the game. Distance control is probably the number one thing that pros rely on day in and day out. You need to know how far you hit each and every club. With Shot Scope technology, you can finally play some of the best golf of your life. I am very excited about that prospect, especially in my game.”
