What a way to finish off the Christmas season! A huge thanks to Pete Pappas and his 12 Days of Christmas giveaway because I had the incredible opportunity to have a personalized Zoom design meeting with Quentin and Shelby from Iliac.

Iliac donated a $500 gift card and personal design session for Kringle Mania...and it was awesome. Quentin and Shelby gave me a rundown on the company and products and then we got to work on designing my own products. They asked me about my background and what I was looking to design and what ideas I had to get started.

I decided on a full bag headcover upgrade, driver, 3 wood and putter. I use a center shafted mallet putter and that was not a problem, they had multiple putter covers to fit any putter on the market today. When we started going over ideas on what to design I realized the possibilities were endless.

There was almost nothing Iliac couldn't design. I wanted to do a theme which was based around my home state of Rhode Island. (The best state in the Union in my opinion). I also wanted to go with a low key and subtle design approach. No names or large logos, just simple classic designs.

We decided on going with the RI state flag, my home course as a junior golfer and my favorite course on earth and home to my favorite amateur tournament, The Northeast Am, one I was lucky enough to be invited to compete in during my college golf career. The color and design options presented to me were endless, and making a decision was tough.

I have to give a big shout out to Quentin and Shelby for showing me the Vermont Honey color which I got for the 3 wood cover, it looks so good in person.

Following the design meeting the turnaround time was insanely fast. I had the hand stitched items at my door less than a week after the meeting. And they are honestly the finest headcovers I have ever seen in person.

The leather is of the highest quality. The stitching and design is impeccable and the sizing is perfect. I was so impressed with the whole process and end result I have already decided to purchase a design meeting and gift card for my father for Father's Day this year.

I cannot thank Pete, Quentin and Shelby enough. The design meeting was awesome and the headcovers are top of the line. So if you are thinking about a headcover, shoe bag, valuables pouch or backpack upgrade I absolutely recommend Iliac, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn't stop reading your review KCCO.  Every word had me wanting to read the next one even more.  Honestly I'm really amazed how Iliac takes you from any idea imaginable and then brings it to life with the kind of teamwork and craftsmanship you described.  Truly benchmark kind of stuff in a class of its own.
