Miura Golf Captures Second Win on Korn Ferry Tour in 2019

Miura Golf captures its second victory on the Korn Ferry Tour last week when Zac Blair won the Ellie Mae Classic at TPC Stonebrae for his first career Korn Ferry Tour Victory.

With the win Blair earned his PGA Tour card and will join brand ambassador Abraham Ancer on Tour as Miura brand ambassadors.

Blair played Miura CB-301 (4-7) and Miura MB-001 (8,9) irons on his way to winning his first ever PGA sanctioned tour victory, exhibiting remarkably consistent iron play leading the field in Greens-In-Regulation.

Blair used a bogey-free final round to secure his first-career Korn Ferry Tour victory, and became the second golfer to earn his first career Korn Ferry Tour victory playing Miura irons this season.  In March, Vince Covello won the Chitimacha Louisiana Open playing Miura’s legendary Baby Blades.

Miura Golf CEO Hoyt McGarity said,
"This is a great win for Zac.  Miura has played a part in two memorable wins on the Korn Ferry Tour this year, first with Vince and now Zac, and we have a bright future ahead of us as they join Abraham on the PGA Tour next season."

Miura Golf forged golf clubs are designed and manufactured by the Miura family in their factory in Himeji, Japan. The entire family works hands-on in the factory and continues to carry on the Miura legacy.

World-renowned craftsman Katsuhiro Miura began hand-crafting and grinding irons in 1957 and has created one of the most-respected brands in the golf industry.  For more information on the irons Blair used in his victory, as well as the entire line-up of Miura clubs, check out www.miuragolf.com.  And as always, if you have any questions, feel free to shoot me an email or DM on twitter or Instagram.
