Duca del Cosma Celebrates 4th of July with New Patriotic Styles for 2022

Luxury Italian golf fashion brand Duca del Cosma is celebrating this year’s Independence Day by highlighting even more vibrant hand-crafted golf shoes from the SS22 collection that incorporate the iconic red, white and blue colors of the nation’s Star-Spangled Banner.

Designed to offer unrivalled style and eye-catching patriotic looks, the super-comfortable shoes take inspiration from the theme of the American Stars and Stripes and use the most premium materials available to deliver the ultimate 4th July golf fashion statement.

The popular UNITED (Men’s) and UNITY (Women’s) special edition golf shoes  (pictured above) were introduced in 2021 and spearhead this year’s patriotic offerings reflecting the inspirational design and colors of the American flag. With prominent Star & Stripes on either side the shoes feature exceptional attention to detail, matched with eco-friendly materials to provide the ultimate American look both on and off the course.

“We were thrilled by the response to our limited-edition launch this time last year, so we are celebrating Independence Day with even more U.S. themed styles this time around,” said Evelien Lauwers, Managing Director North America. “Golfers can now choose from a number of different shoe models in our SS22 collection to express their patriotism on the golf course and look unbelievably stylish doing so,” she added.

The athletic TOMCAT shoe leads the styles in the extended men’s collection with a predominantly Navy outer and White midsole combined with a daring Red Airplay XII outsole made from recyclable rubber to deliver a superb modern look. The shoe has 2-Way-Twist triangular nubs built into the pivot point for an extra smooth transition in the swing, while cone-shaped nubs ensure optimum grip in all-weather conditions.

Featuring classic Duca del Cosma detailing the KUBA 2.0 offers a distinctively different look and is the next generation of the brand’s best selling style. Made from soft Italian Nappa leather and microfiber nubuck, the sophisticated shoe perfectly merges Navy, White and Red tones in equal proportions on the outer. It provides incredible all-day comfort via the ARNEFLEX® insole memory with OnSteam® recyclable microfiber and Airplay IV outsole.

The award-winning BELAIR shoe rounds off the men’s styles being celebrated by the brand on Independence Day. It features a Navy outer with touches of White and Red, as well as a striking Red outsole to complete the look. The shoe combines function and fit through the use of the Airplay VI outsole and ARNEFLEX® insole to deliver exceptional cushioning and lightweight performance.

For Women, the chic ESTI sneaker-style shoe is packed with different design graphics including a fabric strap embossed with ‘love’, the number ‘4’, plus a Duca del Cosma branded ‘tee peg’ to offer something distinctively different from any other shoe on the market. Available in Navy, White and Red colorways, the shoe is guaranteed to catch the eye of playing partners on the first tee. The fashion-forward Airplay VIII two-tone outsole offers a bold look and ensures ultimate grip and stability.

The sleek FESTIVA looks just as good off the course as it does on it. With a bright and cheerful design, the shoe is available in three solid colorways of Navy, Red and White for those seeking a clean look. The Airplay I outsole comes equipped with star-shaped nubs to delivers impressive traction, as well as great flexibility and comfort.

The global brand sells its premium shoes in 40 different countries and operates from four offices around the world – The Netherlands (HQ), United States, United Kingdom and South Africa. This year, global sales of its award-winning golf shoes have reached record levels in leading markets such as the UK, Germany and the USA as the brand shows no signs of slowing down on its ambitious growth plans.
