PGA National Resort & Spa Will Celebrate Women’s Golf Day and Month in June

PGA National Resort & Spa will celebrate both Women's Golf Day and Women's Golf Month in June to salute all women's golfers and celebrate their inclusion in the game we all love.

On June 4th, the legendary destination will conduct a women's golf clinic from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on the Champion Course practice putting green led by PGA Professional Randy Raimondi.  The clinic will be followed by a nine-hole round on its classic Fazio Course.  And both will be complimentary for members and the public.

To further commemorate June as both Women's Golf Day and Month, the resort is also offering a 30-percent discount on regularly prices ladies' apparel and hats in its well-stocked pro shop.  A dining special of a "Champ Burger" with choice of a glass of house wine, cocktail, or draft beer at iBar or Bar 91 is additionally being offered for $15 (gratuity and tax are additional).

In June, PGA National will also be saluting female golfers by paying tribute to girls and women players of all ages and walks of life as well as those in the golf industry with social media posts throughout the month.

PGA National is a golf lover's dream for both women and men offering 90 holes of high-caliber golf on five courses including the famed Champion Course, home to the popular PGA Tour Honda Classic and past host of the Ryder Cup, PGA Championship and several Senior PGA Championships.

The Champion underwent a recent renovation and reopened for play late last year to rave reviews.  And the resort's superb Palmer Course reopened in late 2017 after undergoing a renovation.

PGA National also offers the David Leadbetter Golf Academy and David Pelz Scoring Game School for individual instruction and group clinics, Every Ball Counts (the world's first science-based, statistics-driven training system for golf improvement offered at its off-site Estates Course), and state-of-the-art club fitting at Cool Club.
