Galvin Green Reports 50-Percent Growth Rate in the U.S.

I've been telling you guys this since the PGA Merchandise Show: if you haven't checked out Galvin Green in awhile, there's no better time to do so than now.  I showed you their latest styles, and took them on course to play and review for you.  And I couldn't be more impressed with golf weather apparel.  There's simply nothing comparable to Galvin Green on the market.

So it's not a surprise to me that Galvin Green 2019 sales orders are at record levels.  The company has seen orders of its distinctive range of premium performance golf clothing grow by more than 50-percent in the U.S. in recent months.

Since moving in spring to new domestic headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. under the leadership of Steve Hendren, President of Galvin Green, the brand has achieved significant sales growth across several categories of its premium multi-layer range, including outerwear, warm layers, shirts, and pants.

At the PGA Show I showed you the revolutionary ShakeDry waterproof jacket, called the ASHTON, and ever since the brand's lightest ever GORE-TEX rain jacket has attracted unprecedented interest from customers and retailers nationwide.  The new jacket launched in a limited green zipper version being brought forward to coincide with the first Major of the season.

Part 2 of the Galvin Green collection will be hitting stores soon, and pre-orders are already exceeding the equivalent 2018 range by 51-percent.  This latest collection goes on sale from next month and includes new waterproof garments with stretch fabric and lightweight mesh lining, more Interface hybrid windproof, water-repellent jackets and body-warmers designed for 95 out of 100 rounds, and a wider selection of highly breathable and stylish VENTIL8 PLUS shirts and pants with UPF 20+, plus a host of new colors and size options.

Hendren said,
"We're off to a great start in 2019 and it looks very encouraging for the rest of the year as Galvin Green becomes more recognized across the country for premium performance in every product category.  The introduction of the ShakeDry technology has played a big part in improving our position as the most innovative outerwear company, and our pre-orders have hit record levels.  We're planning to build on this success with even more innovation in the rain gear sector in the future."

Tour players wearing Galvin Green include PGA Tour champions Troy Merritt, Martin Laird, and Ben Silverman.  You can learn more by vistiting www.galvingreen.com, and checking them out on twitter @galvingreen and on Instagram @galvingreen.  And as always, if you have any questions, shoot me an email or DM on twitter or Instagram.
