Golf Pride was the Overwhelming Grip of Choice for 94-Percent of Players at the 2019 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Division I Golf Championships

Golf Pride Grips was the most used grip brand at both the 2019 NCAA Men's and Women’s Division I Championships.  By the numbers, 150 of 156 players (96-percent) competing in this year's NCAA Men's Golf Championship at Blessings Golf Course trusted their games to Golf Pride grips.

The 2019 Men's NCAA Division I Individual Champion also trusted his championship quest to Golf Pride's Z-Grip cord.  At the 2019 NCAA Men's and Women's Division I Golf Championships all of Golf Pride's performance models were played with the brand's flagship model, MCC, leading as the most played grip.

At the 2019 NCAA Women's Division I Golf Championship, 91-percent of the field chose Golf Pride, including the individual winner Maria Fassi, who trusted her game to Golf Pride's popular MCC grips.

The MCC is designed to offer two distinct performance advantages to each of a player's hands.  Engineered with high performance rubber in the lower hand, the grip provides enhanced feel and responsiveness.   BCT cord in the upper hand offers moisture management and improved traction.

Golf Pride Director of Global Sales and Marketing Brandon Sowell said.
"We congratulate all of the teams and individuals who competed at the NCAA Division I Golf Championships this season.  We are honored seeing so many of golf's next generation of stars trusting the Golf Pride brand on college golf’s biggest stage."
