In exciting news coming out of Lady Lake, Florida, Water Oak Country Club Estates, a Sun Communities destination, is nearing completion of its multi-million dollar golf course renovation.
And after a two day survey, the Water Oak team is pleased to share the course is a USGA Rated Championship Golf Course.
Water Oak Country Club Estates, a Sun Communities destination, has also announced the expansion of their leadership team with the promotion of Michelle Harmon to General Manager and Heather Estaver to Assistant General Manager. Harmon and Estaver each bring years of hospitality and service industry experience to their new roles, along with mutual passion for helping others. As general manager, Michelle Harmon will oversee community experience and day-to-day operations for more than 2,118 current Water Oak residents. Harmon served as assistant general manager of Water Oak Country Club and Estates for the past year in addition to her more than three decades of exemplary hospitality and managerial experience that she now provides to the Water Oak community. Harmon’s previous hospitality leadership positions include managing several premier brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Choice and Wyndham.
Heather Estaver brings a unique perspective to her role as assistant general manager with Water Oak, having previously served as a certified nursing assistant for more than 10 years before transitioning into the hospitality industry, Estaver focuses on multi-dimensional resident services, community enhancement and overall property growth.
