INNODESIGN introduces New Single Rider Golf Cart INNO-F1

INNODESIGN introduces a new single rider golf cart INNO-F1 at the 2023 PGA Show in Orlando Florida. F1 for INNO-F1 stands for ‘for one’, not ‘Formula 1’ as some may think.

Two seater golf carts are the popular standard for golf courses around the world. Traditional two seater golf carts have not changed since the world’s first golf cart was introduced about 70 years ago. While we are familiar with two seater golf carts, designer and founder of INNODESIGN Young Kim asked ‘why aren’t there any golf carts for one?’ Then he and his team of designers began to sketch a single rider golf cart about three years ago.

Now they are launching INNO-F1, truly designed from the ground up to serve players who may prefer to ride by themselves if not to gradually replace traditional golf carts in golf courses around the world.

INNODESIGN CEO & founder Young Kim was the designer of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic torch and cauldron.

By shifting to INNO-F1, Young Kim(CEO) says that players will improve their golf games by not having to chase another’s golf ball when riding in two seater golf carts together. He adds that faster paced rounds of golf will not only make rounding more enjoyable but make golf courses entertain more golfers to play on their courses which will ultimately result in increased revenue. Maintenance cost reduction will be an added bonus by replacing two seater carts with INNO-F1 which weigh nearly half what traditional two seater carts weigh.

INNO-F1 will appear in the Orlando convention center for its debut on January 24 at the 2023 PGA Show. The account manager of PGA Show Maxwell Walker has previously mentioned that in the past 5 years he has seen more single rider devices such as scooters and kick boards, but this year will be the first time in PGA history to expect a single rider golf cart of this caliber.
