BMW Championship Headlines Second Event of the FedExCup Playoffs with Live Coverage on NBC, Peacock, and Golf Channel

The PGA Tour’s FedExCup Playoffs continue with the BMW Championship from Olympia Fields Country Club (North Course) in Olympia Fields, Ill., this week. The top 50 players on the FedExCup eligibility and playoff points list after last week’s FedEx St. Jude Championship advanced to play this week, including Lucas Glover, who defeated Patrick Cantlay for wins in back-to-back PGA TOUR events following his victory in the Wyndham Championship.

Live coverage begins Thursday and Friday at 2 p.m. ET on Peacock and GOLF Channel, with lead-in coverage on the weekend beginning at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday and Noon ET on Sunday on Peacock and GOLF Channel.

LPGA TOUR/DP WORLD TOUR: ISPS HANDA WORLD INVITATIONAL

The ISPS Handa World Invitational, an official event on the LPGA Tour, Ladies European Tour, and DP World Tour, begins this week from Galgorm Castle Country Club in Ballymena, Northern Ireland and Massereene Golf Club in Antrim, Northern Ireland.

There are separate fields for both men and women, with both competing at the same time on the same courses for similar prize money. After two rounds, both fields will be cut to the low 60 plus ties. After three rounds, the fields will be cut again to the low 35 and ties. The final two rounds will be played solely at Galgorm Castle.

Live coverage on Thursday and Friday tees off at 8 a.m. ET on Peacock and GOLF Channel.

The Shaw Charity Classic on the PGA TOUR Champions is held this week at Canyon Meadows Golf & Country Club in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Jerry Kelly looks to defend his 2022 title. USGA: U.S. AMATEUR

The U.S. Amateur is presented this week at Cherry Hills Country Club in Cherry Hills Village, Colo., and Colorado Country Club in Parker, Colo., in the 123rd playing of the national championship.

After two rounds of stroke play on Monday and Tuesday, the field of 312 players will be cut to 64 players for the beginning of match play on Wednesday. A record 8,253 entries were accepted into the tournament in 2023.

Throughout the season, Smith, Lowery, and Koyack will provide honest and candid discussions on hot-button topics inside and outside the world of golf, plus interview celebrities, athletes and golf influencers about what drives their passion for this great game and how to move it forward.

This week’s episode, featuring rapper Jeezy, marks the 100th episode of Beyond the Fairway since it first premiered in 2021.
