PXG Powers Into Its Next Chapter with Strategic Leadership Promotions

Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG), the high-performance golf equipment and apparel company founded by U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam War Veteran and entrepreneur Bob Parsons, today announced key leadership appointments designed to strengthen operations and drive the company’s next phase of growth. Brad Schweigert has been named Chief Operating Officer, and Jill Davis has been appointed Chief Information Officer.

A founding team member and golf-industry veteran, Schweigert has helped define PXG’s relentless approach to research and development, supporting the company’s evolution from a bold start-up to a globally recognized brand. In his expanded role, he will oversee Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, leading cross-functional efforts to align teams, accelerate innovation, and elevate the golfer experience.

Davis, an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience across the Bob Parsons family of companies, has modernized PXG’s data and technology infrastructure, greatly enhancing the company’s ability to scale. She has led advancements across analytics, automation, and system integration. As CIO, she will continue driving technology that improves efficiency and strengthens PXG’s connection to its customers.

“Brad and Jill have both proven themselves as leaders who get things done,” said Bob Parsons, PXG Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. “Brad has been with PXG since day one, helping shape who we are and where we’re going. Jill has made our systems smarter, faster, and more efficient. Together, they’ll help us stay focused on innovation, execution, and serving golfers better every day.”

To guide this new era, PXG has also established a Board of Directors including Bob Parsons, Renee Parsons, Steve Gabbay, Brad Schweigert, and Jill Davis.
