Golf Pride Captures Multiple Wins at The PLAYERS Championship

The golf grip isn't a sexy story like the driver, or the irons are.  It doesn't get the attention like the putter does, or even the fairway wood.  But your grips are essentially like tires on a car, and 116 players trusted Golf Pride grips at The PLAYERS last week, making it the leading swing and putter grip brand in play.

Eight players who finished in the Top 10, including the champion Rory McIlroy, chose Golf Pride grips at TPC Sawgrass.  McIlroy used Tour Velvet Cord grips to capture his first PLAYERS title, and ALIGN Technology grips earned a top-3 finish.

Golf Pride Global Director of Sales, Brandon Sowell said,
"As we continue to elevate grips into performance equipment, it is rewarding to see our latest innovation, ALIGN Technology, be used to earn both a double-eagle and hole in one.  We feel honored that the best players in the world grip confidence through our innovation."

Each week, Golf Pride is the leading grip played from tee-to-green on the PGA TOUR with an average of 80-percent of pros choosing Golf Pride grips in each event.  And even more impressive, they play Golf Pride without any paid endorsements

You've seen Tour Velvet Align grips on my irons and driver, and most recently I even gripped another set of irons and driver with the softer feeling CP2 grips.  Whatever your grip preference (soft, firm, textured, or smooth) or condition you play in (dry, sunny, wet, or humid), I can attest that Golf Pride has a perfect grip to match your every demand.
