According to the results of the analysis of accommodation prices in Oakmont and its surrounding areas are below.

• A 5-night stay (for 2 adults) in Oakmont during the U.S. Open (11-16 June) on Airbnb costs on average $3,391 which is 157.5% more than the week before the U.S. Open and 334% more than the week after the event

• However, a 5-night stay in Oakmont (11-16 June) during the U.S. Open on Booking.com costs on average $1,044 which is only 8.59% more than the week before the U.S. Open
