And this guest review of the new Cobra AeroJet driver by Aaron Jansen is what it's all about for me. I'm not sure a new driver can get any better for Aaron. Aaron won this driver in one of my giveaways recently and says "I was 30 yards longer (than his previous driver) on the long drives (with AeroJet). Insane." And that's a direct quote.
In his own words, here's what Aaron (@amjansen2 on twitter) thinks about his new Cobra AeroJet driver.
I can’t say enough good things about this Cobra Aerojet driver. This thing is like a cheat code.
In three days playing this I’ve hit three to four of my longest drives ever. EVER! I was 30-40 yards longer on the long drives. Insane.
Yeah part of it is the control I’m sure. My ball flight is slightly higher but the draws are high and penetrating. The weight feels perfect. I legit just step up and smash the ball.
Distance is so great it doesn’t really matter if you can’t control it. But I can also control this driver like I’m hitting a 7 iron off the tee. Dispersion is that much tighter.
Draws and fades are on command. I can immediately tell if I made a bad swing. The sound is more muffled than the RadSpeed which I’m sure is the carbon crown, but I love the sound. Love even more hearing people in awe watching the ball flight.
I wasn’t sure if I would like the Kai Li shaft out of the box. I was wrong. That shaft fits me really well. There’s nothing like stepping up to the tee with complete confidence.
