You guys already know that Santa and I are buds. But even the best of friends don't know every detail about the other's life. And gonna be honest, I did not know Santa had a few sets of Aerotech Golf SteelFiber shafts in his irons. And I definitely didn't know he has dreams of turning professional.
SteelFiber shafts have more PGA Tour wins than any graphite iron shaft in history, and I guess you can add Santa's name to the list of players who use them, including World No. 1 Nelly Korda. Now one of you will also win a Full Set (11) of Aerotech SteelFiber Private Reserve graphite shafts in my Letters from Santa GIVEAWAY 3 in my PGAPappas 12 Days of Christmas Golf Giveaway.
The Private Reserve have even tighter tolerances than the standard SteelFiber, so these are incredibly and consistently stable, long, and great feeling. We've reviewed SteelFiber shafts for you many times on social and here on my blog. Suffice to say SteelFiber are a stronger, more stable, and better feeling shaft than steel, but with a vibration reducing aspect and an almost certain and significant increase in distance.
You can choose from the i70, i80, i95, or i110 in any flex, and I can definitely help you decide which of these will be best for your game and your irons.
Just like with the daily gifts in my PGAPappas 12 Days of Christmas Golf Giveaway, you'll have three unique ways to win the Letters from Santa gifts. On twitter just retweet my giveaway announcement and follow all; on Instagram repost, mention in your story, or like, and follow all; and here on my blog leave a comment in the section below in the daily review/giveaway/Letters from Santa articles.
These gifts are great prizes of course, but also some of the best equipment and gear in their class that I played and reviewed this season. And I hope these mini reviews and recaps give you an idea of why I rate them so highly.
Merry Christmas everyone, and here's Santa's latest letter to me again below.
Ho ho how ya feeling this morning Pete!
I don't mean to laugh but saw you swinging from downtown street lamps last night. Looked like a fun, festive evening and I get that loco is your thing. I dig that about you actually. Glad your wife talked you down from swan diving into the Christmas tree when you got home though. Did I ever tell you about the time Frosty snuck onto my sleigh and bungee jumped with just a string of Christmas lights? Still get shivers remembering him yelling, "I WANT TO FEEEL ALIIIIIIIIVE!!!" as he plunged over the rails. Gotta know your limits my friend.
Know you're not likely to slow down though anytime soon. And it got me thinking about your PGAPappas 12 Days of Christmas Golf Giveaway. How about we give away a Full Set (11) of those new Aerotech SteelFiber Private Reseve Shafts? Whatever they want, the i70, i80, i95, or i110, any flex.
I've put SteelFibers in a few of my iron sets since I saw you first playing them years ago. Never felt more comfortable swinging the sticks. And those easy extra yards? Ooooh baby! Actually thinking of turning pro. Get my card, play in all the majors. Mrs. Claus isn't on board with that yet, but I'm selling her on the WAG life. Paulina Gretsky, Jenna Sims, Mrs. Claus... kinda just flows off the tongue.
The elves got a hold of one of my iron sets a few days ago, thought it'd be funny to paint the shafts like candy canes. Limits again, just saying. Silver lining I picked up another set of SteelFiber shafts, this time the Private Reserve. So it all worked out for the best.
Keep doing you Pete, and lemme know if you can get a round in before the New Year.
Nick
