2025 U.S. Junior Amateur Meet The Quarterfinalists

The 78th U.S. Junior Am quarterfinal matches on Friday will commence at 7:30 a.m. CDT and continue in 12-minute intervals. They will be followed by the two semifinal matches at 1 p.m. and 1:12 p.m. Saturday’s 36-hole final will begin at 8 a.m.

Here’s a deeper look at the Quarterfinaliats.

Nguyen Anh Minh, 18, of Vietnam 
 

  • WAGR: 52 
     

  • Competing in second U.S. Junior Amateur 
     

  • Incoming freshman at Oregon State University 
     

  • Quarterfinalist in the 2024 U.S. Junior Amateur 
     

  • Won the 2024 Malaysian Amateur Open 
     

  • Competed in three Asia-Pacific Amateur Championships 
     

  • Secured Vietnam’s best-ever Asia-Pacific Amateur finish (T7 in 2023)
