Original Penguin® Unveils Summer/Fall 2025 Golf Collection

Original Penguin®, a division of Perry Ellis International, Inc., is proud to unveil its Summer/Fall 2025 Golf Collection—a striking evolution that pays homage to the brand’s rich legacy while integrating modern performance and global influence.

With inspiration rooted from the timeless style icons of the Munsingwear archives, the new collection delivers functional elegance across both men’s and women’s categories.

The Summer / Fall Collection continues to celebrate the brand’s storied legacy that began in 1955 when Munsingwear introduced America to its first iconic golf shirt. For over 70 years, the Original Penguin icon has adorned legends of leisure and sport, establishing itself as an American classic that continues to influence the fairways today.

Men’s Collection: Performance Heritage Reimagined

The men’s range honors classic menswear silhouettes and vintage Munsingwear details while innovating through modern fabrication.

Standout features include:

• Ultra-lightweight, recycled-performance fabricswith elastane for stretch, 50+ UPF sun protection, moisture-wicking and quick-dry capabilities.
• Prints inspired by Japanese art and postcards of Mount Fuji, combined with unexpected placements and block-printed motifs.
• Elevated outerwear, such as a redesigned pullover wind vest and a luxe lyocell heritage track jacket.
• A transitional color storyrooted in traditional menswear hues like Black Iris and Caviar Black, updated with rich seasonal tones such as Mauve Wine, Earth Red, and a new essential, ‘True Navy.’

Women’s Collection: Sporty Femininity with an Elevated Edge

Inspired by early ‘90s fashion, the women’s collection introduces a modern, versatile take on country club chic. Performance is integrated across all styles, with lightweight, breathable fabrics, UPF 50+ sun protection, and weather-resistant finishes. 

Standout features include:

• Heritage-inspired Veronica tops and dresseswith signature piping, made for golf, racquet sports, and beyond.
• Polar Pete layering debuts for women, with performance sweaters in Coolmax and merino/lyocell blends tailored to flatter.
• Knit layering piecesin double-brushed rib and luxe lyocell blend track jackets for a smart, feminine fit.
• Modernized Munsingwear archive outerwear, like a featherweight wind-and-water-resistant ¼ zip and a quilted puffer jacket with heritage tipping and stretch fleece.
