PAYNTR Golf, North America’s fastest growing golf footwear brand, today announced 2022 World Long Drive Champion, Martin Borgmeier, as its newest ambassador ahead of the 2023 World Long Drive season. Borgmeier is currently wearing the Payntr X 002 LE, the brand’s celebrated full grain leather offering with graphite propulsion plate.

Borgmeier also attended the 2023 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando and wowed crowds at the PAYNTR Golf booth, displaying how PAYNTR Golf shoes help him reach unprecedented club head and ball speeds by better utilizing ground reaction forces.
The innovative and groundbreaking philosophy imbedded in all PAYNTR Golf shoes cater to the on-course needs of the golfer by focusing on the biomechanics of the golf swing. PAYNTR Golf now has three spikeless models, including the Payntr X 002 LE and Payntr X 004 RS, the brand’s first spiked offering. Several more products are scheduled to launch in 2023 with new colorways coming to the Payntr X 001 F and Payntr X 003 F.
In development of all PAYNTR Golf models, the engineering team is laser focused on how the golfer achieves more speed through better traction while not sacrificing comfort. By more effectively harnessing ground reaction forces throughout the golf swing, the three-dimensional traction and propulsion technology in the shoes delivers golfers more speed and more power to the ball.
Since introducing its first products in March 2021, PAYNTR Golf has since expanded to full line of products including shoes, gloves, headwear, socks and golf bags, available through a combination of direct to consumer, green grass golf stores, golf clubs, and large retailers including PGA Tour Super Store. Outside of the United States, PAYNTR Golf has established distributors in key golf markets including the United Kingdom, Europe, South Korea, Southeast Asia, South Africa and Canada.
In addition to Borgmeier, Masters Champion and current PGA Tour Champions player, Mike Weir, is a brand ambassador with several more professional golfers and social media influencers slated to join the PAYNTR Golf team’s roster in the coming year.
