2024 Graphite Design Tour AD VF Driver Shaft: 2023 PGAPappas 12 Days of Christmas Golf Giveaway DAY 8

If you follow me on X/Twitter and Instagram you know there's just a handful of shafts that always seem to fit me best and I wind up playing regularly in my drivers and woods.  One of those shafts is the Graphite Design Tour AD DI.  And one of the hottest new shafts for 2024 just happens to be a Graphite Design Tour AD.

In fact, you've already seen Tiger and Justin Thomas playing this shaft and they're bombing the bejesus of driver right now.  I'm talking about the new Graphite Design Tour AD VF.  VF stands for Victory Force and for DAY 8 of my PGAPappas 12 Days of Christmas Golf Giveaway one of you can choose ANY weight and flex AD VF shaft.  And I'll even see if I can get Graphite Design to tip and grip it for any driver you want to use it with.

The new 2024 Graphite Design Tour AD VF "Victory Force" shafts were designed and are manufactured at the Graphite Design Japan factory headquarters.  The Tour AD VF wood shafts are jet black with red and silver accents, and finished with a gloss clear coat.

The Tour AD VF, like all the other high performance Tour AD wood shafts, utilizes premium, aerospace quality carbon-fiber materials and are available in 40 gram R2, R1 and S flex, 50 gram R2, R1, S and X flex, 60 gram SR, S, X and TX flex, 70 gram S, X and TX flex and 80 gram X flex.  In other words you don't have to be Tiger or JT to play these.  Slower swing speed players are also going to benefit from the new AD VF.

The Tour AD VF shaft profile is Firm in the butt section, Stiff+ in the center section and has a Very Stiff tip to promote Low/Mid launch angles and Low-Ball spin rates.  You can see how AD VF compares to other shafts in the Graphite Design line in the chart just below.

The Tour AD VF shafts utilizes the modern TORAYCA M40X carbon-fiber material in the butt section of the shaft to support a stiff, yet smooth feeling kick point.  And the ultra-high modulus TORAYCA T1100G carbon-fiber material in the middle thru to the tip section of the shaft for outstanding shaft stability and precise ball control without the loss of the exceptional feel that Graphite Design shafts are so well known for.

Remember you always have three different ways to win the daily gifts in my giveaway this year.  On X/Twitter just repost my giveaway announcement and follow all; on Instagram repost or mention in your story, like, and follow all; and here on my blog leave a comment in the section below in the daily review/giveaway, Jingle Bam, Letters from Santa, Jingle Bam Bigger, and Flash Kringle Gonna Kringle articles.

These gifts are great prizes of course, but also some of the best equipment and gear in their class that I played and reviewed this season.  And I hope these mini reviews and recaps give you an idea of why I rate them so highly.

Merry Christmas all!

  10. Another great gift Pete, and definitely one that catches my interest. I like to tinker, so have a few shafts to play with for my drivers, but I do not have any Graphite Designs shafts, a glaring omission from the arsenal. This Tour AD VF sounds like one I need to try, so my fingers are crossed on this one.
