PGAPappas 12 Days of Christmas JingleBAM DAY 12 Golf Giveaway: 12 PAIRS of New 2023 Adidas ZG23 and MC80 Golf Shoes (12 Winners)

This has become a PGAPappas 12 Days of Christmas Golf Giveaway tradition.  12 PAIRS of new Adidas Golf shoes for 12 Winners on DAY 12.  And this one is the most exciting for me because you can also choose between two different styles!

Head over to the Adidas site and choose between the new MC80 shoes or the new ZG23 shoes.  You can pick any color, any size, men's or women's.

Like with do with each day of the 12 Days I'm going to tell you a little bit about each of these shoes to help you decide which you might like most.  You've seen me out all year wearing both of these shoes but full disclosure: MC80 were my favorites and a Top-3 favorite Adidas Golf shoe for me of all time.

So starting with the MC80... can't exaggerate how much I luuuuuuv these.  Classic.  Old school.  Exquisite details like the subtle Adidas brushed silver logo on the heel and on top of the laces by the toe.  Sharp dressed and looking like you mean business.  TCB as my man Elvis used to say.  And what made them even better?  They're infused with modern tech and comfort you've come to love and expect from Adidas.

The MC80 looks pulled me in.  But the MC80 comfort kept here.  In fact Adidas knocked comfort out of the park  All the softness and spring in the sole you can ever want.  BOOST insole of course.  And ample padding around the ankle, collar, and tongue.  Just extremely cushioned everywhere.  Full grain leather uppers feel like they're infused with air, a decadent feel really.  And overall what I'd call the perfect balance of flexibility for comfort and form for stability.

 

ZG23 take lightweight, waterproof golf shoes to another level.  ZG23 have even more cushioned comfort than the ZG21.  Absolutely fantastic ground awareness, you feel even closer to the ground compared to the previous gen.  And you get twice as many traction nubs.  You can read my ZG23 review here.  But in a nutshell ZG23 give you pretty much everything while sacrificing nothing.

 

ZG23 come in BOA and lace, compared to lace only in MC80.  I'm not sure MC80 would look right with BOA to be honest.  And While MC80 are spikeless, ZG23 are spiked, something to keep in mind if you have an absolute preference for one or the other.
