You can find dozens of Duca reviews here on my site.  Dozens more on my social channels.  I always tell you the "what" about Duca shoes (and boots).  What do they look like and what are the nuances that make them so uniquely handsome.  What do they perform like in stability, traction, and comfort.  But Duca innovation (the how and why) is just as much a part of Duca's DNA, and in fact it's what drives the Duca appearance and performance.  So let's delve into that just a bit with a few examples.

Duca is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2024 and let's begin with the new Jubilee.  It's more than just a cool looking shoe designed in Duca's flagship red and white colors.  There's new innovations in these shoes that make Duca, well... more Duca.

The Jubilee uses a wider outsole base for greater stability for those who need the utmost in balance.  And this doesn't have to be a feature in every Duca shoe.  Duca knows this.  So you'll see the Davinci as an example has a more traditional looking outsole base.  And this just illustrates Duca designing shoes to fit the needs of all of us as golfers but tailored more specifically to our individual needs.

The Jubilee (as well as the Davanti) also feature a new lug system and pattern.  Duca uses three different lug shapes on these shoes which are ergonomically designed and strategically positioned to not only give you more overall grip.  But also to give facilitate a more ideal grip throughout the natural movement of your golf swing.

It's common for great ball strikers to finish their swing with their toes and foot pointing towards their target a Duca's new toe bumper encourages this movement more freely.  And Duca's new PVA foam in the midsole is softer for comfort, lighter for overall lighter shoe weight, and yet still high density to give you a stability that lends itself to consistent overall foot rotation and motion.  You absolutely need consistency here if you want consistency in your swing path, in your contact, really in your entire swing.

The leather Duca uses luscious.  Anyone who owns a pair of Duca shoes knows this.  It's premium Italian Napa leather (which is renown for its soft feel).  At the same time it's also a durable leather so it doesn't crease easily.  And Duca treatment makes it completely waterproof, along with having a waterproof boot construction to leave no doubt.

Other small features that deliver big results are perforated heel collars to allow for more breathability.  And yet this same area is designed with material and workmanship to be durable and withstand round after round after round of walking.  Honestly every Duca shoe I own seems like it's designed for long-lasting comfort (and some even off the course).
